This page explains how we calculate and handle shipments from our US warehouse to you in Israel.
Shipping Options
Standard shipping takes about 6-9 days once your package is paid for and shipped from our warehouse. Express shipping takes about 2-4 days at a higher cost. You choose between the two at checkout.
How Shipping Cost Is Calculated
Shipping cost is based on your package's total weight — the heavier the item, the more shipping costs. The exact price for your weight is shown before you pay, so there's never a surprise at checkout.
Combining Packages
If you have multiple packages waiting at our warehouse, you can pay for them together as one shipment with a single service fee, instead of paying for each one separately.
Customs and VAT
Packages with a declared value under $150 are exempt from customs duty and VAT. Above that, duty (based on the item's category) and 17% VAT apply to the total value. Declared values must reflect the actual price paid for the item.
Tracking
Once your package ships, you'll get a tracking number and can watch its status in real time in the app, from our warehouse to your door.

עמוד זה מסביר כיצד אנו מחשבים ומבצעים משלוחים מהמחסן שלנו בארה"ב אליכם בישראל.
אפשרויות משלוח
משלוח רגיל אורך כ-6–9 ימים מרגע שהחבילה שולמה ונשלחה מהמחסן שלנו. משלוח מהיר (Express) אורך כ-2–4 ימים בעלות גבוהה יותר. תוכלו לבחור בין השניים בעת התשלום.
איך נקבע מחיר המשלוח
עלות המשלוח מחושבת לפי המשקל הכולל של החבילה — ככל שהמוצר כבד יותר, כך עלות המשלוח גבוהה יותר. המחיר המדויק לפי המשקל שלכם מוצג מראש לפני התשלום, כדי שלא תהיה שום הפתעה.
איחוד חבילות
אם יש לכם כמה חבילות בהמתנה במחסן, תוכלו לשלם עליהן יחד במשלוח אחד ובעמלת שירות אחת בלבד, במקום לשלם על כל חבילה בנפרד.
מכס ומע"מ
חבילות בשווי מוצהר מתחת ל-$150 פטורות ממכס ומע"מ. מעל לסכום זה חלים מכס (לפי קטגוריית המוצר) ומע"מ בשיעור 17% על הערך הכולל. הערכים המוצהרים חייבים לשקף את המחיר האמיתי ששולם עבור הפריט.
מעקב
לאחר שהחבילה נשלחת, תקבלו מספר מעקב ותוכלו לראות את הסטטוס שלה בזמן אמת באפליקציה, מהמחסן ועד הבית.
