Waybill lets you delete your account and its associated data at any time, directly from the app — no need to contact us, though you can if you'd prefer we handle it for you.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the Waybill app and log in.
Tap Account at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
Confirm when asked — this takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account immediately and permanently erases: your packages and their history, your saved delivery address, your saved payment method details, and your profile (name, email, phone number). You're signed out at the same time.
Your Login Credentials
Your login credentials are deactivated the moment you delete your account. We complete final removal of the underlying login record from our authentication provider shortly after, and it can no longer be used to sign in.
Data We May Retain
Database backups are kept for a limited rolling period, not indefinitely, as part of normal system operation. Beyond that, we don't retain personal data after account deletion except where required for legal, tax, or customs record-keeping obligations that arose before deletion.

אשרו כשתתבקשו — הפעולה נכנסת לתוקף מיידית ולא ניתן לבטלה.
מה נמחק
מחיקת החשבון מוחקת מיידית ולצמיתות: את החבילות שלכם והיסטוריית, את הכתובת השמורה שלכם, את פרטי אמצעי התשלום השמורים, ואת פרטי הפרופיל שלכם (שם, אימייל, מספר טלפון). אתם מתנתקים מהחשבון באותו רגע.

פרטי ההתחברות שלכם מושבתים ברגע שאתם מוחקים את החשבון. אנו משלימים את הסרת רשומת ההתחברות הבסיסית מספק האימות שלנו זמן קצר לאחר מכן, כך שלא ניתן יהיה להתחבר איתה שוב.
מידע שאנו עשויים לשמור
גיבויי מסד הנתונים נשמרים לתקופה מוגבלת ומתחלפת, לא לצמיתות, כחלק מהפעלה רגילה של המערכת. מעבר לכך, איננו שומרים מידע אישי לאחר מחיקת החשבון, למעט במקרים הנדרשים לצורכי רישום משפטי, מס, או מכס שנוצרו לפני המחיקה.
